Busra Heff

I come from both rootedness and rupture.

I grew up in Türkiye in a traditional two-parent household, with the quiet safety of clean water, regular meals, and access to education. I’ve never known food insecurity. My body moves through the world without barriers. These are profound privileges—and I hold them with awareness. And still, I’ve lived much of my life navigating spaces where I didn’t fully belong.

I’m a woman raised in a patriarchal culture. I’m an immigrant, building a life in the U.S. in a language that wasn’t my first, in a body that isn’t read as traditionally white. I know the sharp edges of otherness, the soft ache of translation, and the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up anyway.

I’ve crossed countries, cultures, and identities—and along the way, I’ve learned how to hold space for people doing the same. Whether you’re rewriting your story, untangling old patterns, or simply craving a space to breathe and be, I’m here to walk with you.

I’m a certified coach through Martha Beck, Inc., and hold the ACC credential from the
International Coaching Federation.

My background in teaching and cross-cultural communication shaped my coaching approach—rooted in deep listening, emotional attunement, and the belief that our words, stories, and silences matter. I bring together skills in coaching, language teaching, and cross-cultural communication to support people in finding clarity, courage, and new ways forward.

One of the most unexpected but transformative parts of my work is helping people learn a new kind of language—not just words, but emotional language. The ability to name feelings, express needs, and navigate inner experiences is a skill, and like any language, it can be taught, practiced, and embodied. My work lives at that intersection: where emotional fluency becomes a pathway to personal freedom.

At the heart of my work are the values that guide me daily: authenticity, growth, compassion, and curiosity. I believe in the quiet power of courage, the healing force of community, and the radical importance of freedom—especially the kind that starts from within.

Transformation doesn’t require perfection—just the willingness to get curious, stay present, and move forward, one aligned step at a time.
