Sarah Owns a Boutique Hotel and Feels…

My client Sarah owns a boutique hotel in Washington state. She and I met at a time when she was feeling completely burnt out. Between managing bookings, staff, guest satisfaction, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks, the joy she once found in her business was slipping away. When we started working together, we focused on her first—looking at how she was spending her time and where she needed to delegate more.

Now, Sarah’s rediscovered her passion for hospitality and is learning how to work smarter, not harder. Additionally, she is loving the accountability I bring to the table - because I ask every week whether she did the things she said she would do in the previous session. I hold no judgement but am here for her accountability partner as well.

When She Took Over Her Father's Business, She Didn't Expect...

My client Emily owns a marketing firm she recently acquired from her father. When Emily and I started working together, she was feeling completely overwhelmed. She wanted to honor her father’s legacy while also putting her own mark on the business, but she struggled to balance maintaining the company’s strong reputation with implementing new ideas.

We focused first on clarifying her vision for the business—what she wanted it to look like and how it aligned with her values. From there, we broke her big goals into smaller, actionable steps. Now, Emily is feeling more confident leading the firm in a way that reflects both her father’s legacy and her own vision. She also appreciates the accountability I provide, knowing that each week I’ll check in to see if she followed through on her commitments—always without

judgment, but with support to keep her moving forward.

Stuck Between Small Shop and Big Dreams, He Realized…

My client, Jake, owns a small online shop with a crew of just under three people. While the business is growing, Jake is caught in a transition—he has big goals for his company, but he’s still operating like a small shop. To bridge the gap between where he is and where he wants to be, Jake realized he needed to shift his leadership style and create a company culture that would support growth.

When we started working together, we focused on how he could build a strong foundation for his team, set clearer expectations, and develop the leadership skills that would allow the company to evolve. Now, Jake is taking the necessary steps to lead his business into the future with a culture that reflects the vision he has in his mind. It's been an exciting journey to watch ashe transforms both himself and his company.

Aren’t To-Do-Lists Supposed To Help You? Not In This Case…

I have a client who is a solopreneur, overwhelmed by a never-ending to-do list. Every week, it felt like there were too many things to do and no clear way to prioritize them. The list was long, and the tasks seemed daunting. We all know that feeling, right?

But what we did together was simple: we blocked out time to focus on what really needed to get done. It wasn’t about tackling everything at once, but about narrowing down the list to what truly mattered. By clarifying which project to focus on first, my client felt a sense of relief and direction. Now, they’re making consistent progress by simply taking the next step rather than

feeling paralyzed by the whole list.
